We delayed the OpenAI Stargate Abilene timeline. A post by Oracle implied that only 200 megawatts (or about 300 MW of total facility power by our estimate) was operational for Stargate Abilene as of April 22nd. We therefore updated our estimate of Stargate Abilene’s current capacity to still be Building 1 and 2. We now estimate that 600 megawatts will be achieved in late May rather than April 1st. We also reviewed the state of Building 7 and 8 and delayed their estimated operation date from July to November 2026.

Updated Meta Prometheus to exclude the five production data centers and first tent building. According to an industry expert familiar with the project, the production data centers are not the ones retrofitted with 129,000 H100 GPUs, and the first tent building is not for AI, as we previously assumed. This decreased the final compute capacity from 1.2M to 1.0M H100-equivalents.
