Start Campus Sines Data Campus is an operational AI data center with AI chips owned by Nscale and used by Microsoft. It hosts an estimated 32k H100-equivalents of compute, supported by 33 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $1.3 B. In Q3 2027, we project it to rise to 472k H100-eq compute, 233 MW IT power and a cost of $8.8 B. We estimate that it uses Nvidia B300 chips.

The first operational building at this Portuguese campus is already supporting Microsoft, with the full six-building site planned to reach 1.2 GW by 2030.
