The estimated Phase 1 power matches a 616 MW load request filed by a QTS shell company, though the full two-phase plan would need more than double that.

Based on satellite imagery, the Buildings 1-3 shells look complete. Buildings 4-6 are far along, with roofs largely in place, while the eastern Building 7 foundation is well underway. No buildings operational yet.
