Building 1 appears to be operational based on satellite imagery, so we model it as operational from this date. In addition, Bulk said CoreWeave’s Norway AI deployment was expected to be operational by summer 2025. Since this lines up nicely with the new 42 MW building, we assume the 42 MW of Building 1 is fully leased by CoreWeave.

Building 1 perimeter is now fully paved. No other significant changes to Building 1 since the July 2025 image.

Building 1 still operational. No new major developments since the April image, though the large land clearing to the southwest is now much more clearly visible. Bulk is saying this expansion could include AI datacenters, but we don't have any confirmation this expansion is for CoreWeave yet.
