STACK Infrastructure NVA02 is an operational AI data center. It hosts an estimated 61k H100-equivalents of compute, supported by 85 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $3.2 B. In Q1 2028, we project it to rise to 251k H100-eq compute, 348 MW IT power and a cost of $13.2 B. We estimate that it uses Nvidia H100 chips.
