STACK Infrastructure NVA02 is an operational AI data center hosting an estimated 61k H100-equivalent chips, scaling toward a projected 251k H100-equivalent chips — supported by 85 MW of IT power, rising to 348 MW — at a capital cost of $3.2 B, rising to $13.2 B. We estimate that it uses Nvidia H100 chips. The timeline of IT power and compute capacity is based on satellite imagery, our cooling equipment power model, chip availability, chip efficiency, and company disclosures.

Land clearing begins by Peterson Companies for Stack Infrastructure, which is noted in the news and visible on satellite imagery.
Building 1 is operational, which is assumed to be three months after the last backup diesel generators are finished. The generators were first seen to be finished July 1 from satellite imagery (a clear image of this can be seen on July 29 via Google Earth).
All buildings have begun construction (with groundwork starting for AI building 6), as depicted by satellite imagery.
Estimate: All 6 AI data center buildings will be finished in 2028, assuming a groundbreak-to-operational timeline of 18-24 months. One is complete, three are clearly under construction, and the last two data centers are still breaking ground and laying foundations.
