Google Papillion is an operational AI data center with AI chips owned by Google and possibly used by Google DeepMind. It hosts an estimated 80k H100-equivalents of compute, supported by 237 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $9.0 B. We estimate that it uses Google TPU v4, Google TPU v5e, Google TPU v6e, and Google TPU v5p chips.
