It hosts an estimated 268k H100-equivalents of compute, supported by 237 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $9.0 B. In Q3 2028, we project it to rise to 1,137k H100-eq compute, 395 MW IT power and a cost of $15.0 B. We estimate that it uses Google TPU v5e, Google TPU v5p, and Google TPU v6e chips.

Building 3 has all backup generators in place but they are still being installed. Two cooling towers have fans on them, with more underway. To the south of Building 3, more land has been cleared and there's a new carpark. This suggests another building will soon start construction.

The cooling towers are spaced apart in an unusual way, but there's no obvious sign that more will be installed before operation. Buildings 4 and 5 haven't started construction yet, the cleared land is still empty.
