Crusoe Abilene Expansion is an AI data center under construction with AI chips owned by Microsoft and used by Microsoft (likely). In Q4 2027, we project it to host an estimated 1,481k H100-equivalents of compute, supported by 672 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $25.5 B.

Originally planned as an expansion of Stargate Abilene for OpenAI and Oracle, the site drew reported interest from NVIDIA and Meta before ultimately being acquired by Microsoft.
