CoreWeave Lancaster Greenfield site is an AI data center under construction with AI chips owned by CoreWeave and possibly used by OpenAI. In Q2 2027, we project it to host an estimated 233k H100-equivalents of AI compute, supported by 92 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $3.5 B.
