We estimate that it uses Nvidia H100 and Nvidia B200 chips. The timeline of IT power and compute capacity is based on satellite imagery and company disclosures. Chirisa secured $200 million to fit out this CoreWeave-leased facility, reported as a 27 MW site on a 12-year lease.
