CoreWeave Chester VA is an operational AI data center with AI chips owned by CoreWeave and used by OpenAI (speculative). It hosts an estimated 88k H100-equivalents of compute, supported by 82 MW of IT power at a capital cost of $3.1 B. In Q2 2027, we project it to rise to 126k H100-eq compute, 113 MW IT power and a cost of $4.3 B. We estimate that it uses Nvidia H100 and Nvidia B200 chips.
