Building 1 appears externally complete and likely Ready for Service, with all cooling/roofing/generators in place, but we're not labeling it operational yet due to visible surrounding yard/construction work. CoreWeave likely still needs time to install chips and use all their designated chip capacity. The pad to the northeast has foundations being laid out for Building 2.
